People are polite enough. Minus two stars for lack organization. Was supposed to drop and bobtail for hometime but was told I have to take an empty and it could be anywhere, and that I needed to drive around and check all the trailers and try to find an empty that way. After over an hour of searching I did not find any empties for my company.
I deliver here fairly often security and receiving ladies always nice and professional.nThe reason for 5 stars is fresh grilled hamburgers today with all the fixings.nnBurgers chips cold water. My hats off to the management and staff at Harrisonville today
Must have switched management. Used to get unloaded quick with a banana load. 2 hours in dock and havent even started yet. Terrible service. Office was talking and joking instead of taking drivers. 2 people at front gate. The lady playing with her phone why the guy did everything
Very friendly guards at the gate. Let me check in at 0215 gave me a door. Appt was 0405 unloaded and leaving at 0545. Truck stop right out of the gate and another on ext 158 loves .
I had a 650 am appointment. I was unloaded at 830 and I was hooking back up & rolling soon after. No issues with them from me, except I lost $1.50 in the vending machine.
