** Editing my review as of 10/2020:nWhile the customer service we received here initially was great, I'm not so sure that all the cars are well inspected. We just had to replace the transmission in my 2015 Santa Fe that I purchased from JKB after owning it about a year. It's at 90,000 miles, and since I'm not the original owner, I didn't qualify for Hyundai's 100,000 warranty that would have covered a new transmission. Nor did I purchase any additional warranty with JKB. Lesson learned. According to Hyundai, the car should have had a transmission flush and/or fluid added at 60,000 miles. My mechanic says this is complete nonsense, but also, I didn't own the car until it was at 83,000 miles. When I became aware of my transmission issues, I was told my transmission was full of burnt fluid and small metal pieces. In my mind, this is obviously something that didn't happen overnight. It had needed attention for sometime.nnWe've been in a pandemic since March and haven't hardly driven the car. It's been on one road trip this year. If JKB had really inspected the car, I think they would have noticed the transmission needed attention when they had it before I purchased it. Aside from the costly new transmission, I've had numerous other things go wrong or need attention. The gas cap release sensor failed a month after I bought it and I had to have that replaced. The AC was blowing hot air this summer and needed a full AC tune-up. I've had to replace all 4 tires. A back stationary window leaks when it rains or when I get a car wash. (I still haven't had that fixed yet.) All in all, I've had to spend an additional $6,000 on this car to fix things within this last year. Makes me very frustrated as this is the newest, used car we've ever purchased. Maybe it's just Hyundai, and this car is a lemon, but I can''t help but feel like it wasn't inspected well when it was sold to my family. **nnWe had a great experience with Mike and Ruth at JKB Auto Sales. Matt was extremely friendly and helpful through our experience. We were pretty picky about we wanted, but he remained patient through everything. Everyone else throughout the process was congenial and easy to talk to. Overall, this was the easiest experience at a dealership that I've had in a long time.

They wouldn’t move on any price anywhere. They came down $140 because they didn’t have it detailed. That was all. Only came with one key fob without the metal key shank. Wouldn’t offer to get a second key. They look up the price so we knew how much a $200 fob would cost so that was nice. Then just before signing they find out that they haven’t even inspected the car or serviced it so we had to wait on that. Typical used car experience. If they didn’t have the vehicle we wanted we would be out of here. They did offer to put gas in it if I gave them a good Google review so that explains all the five star reviews.
