We purchased a 20 Explorer ST black, honesty I really wanted white but we got the black instead. After having it a little over a week, I hated the black cause you could just see everything. I wanted to trade it and my sales man was on vacation and I was sent to Eli Barker to get the ball rolling on finding me a white explorer ST. The following Thursday we got a call from Jake and he told my hubby to give him a day or so. We got a call the next day they located one and was getting it for us. It came in this Monday was so excited when I seen it. Did the process smoothly, the guys at Max Ford are awesome... they will treat you right & welcome you. I have been taking my car here for oil changes and have ALWAYS had the very best service, kind and courteous staff, fair prices. I just recently totaled my truck and they happened to have a loaner that they GENEROUSLY lent out to me for the weekend so I could make it to my horse events! I did purchase my NEW Dodge from Max Motors just this week. Very happy and satisfied!!

Great dealership to work with! I was looking for the right truck at the right price and Kyle worked with me to ensure I had all the details I needed to make the 3 hour drive to purchase the perfect truck! My virtual purchase experience was perfect. Working with Mike in Finance was also a great experience as it was quick and easy to complete all the paperwork efficiently and get me on my way.
