They were very accommodating. I bought a 11 year old used manual transmission car so that I could learn how to drive stick, and they were willing to drive it over to the auto shop so that the car could be checked up since they claimed it was “mechanically perfect”. It turns out it was true! They also helped me set up financing and I was able to get it at a decent APR. The entire time I did not feel that I was being pressured and they were very nice. I bought the vehicle at a fair price according to KBB.
After dealing with the 2 worst dealerships in Harrisonville we decided to stop at Fountain City Motors. Skeptical about even looking for a vehicle because of what we went through at the other 2 places. But, after our experience with this dealership we won’t go anywhere else. Travis our salesmen was awesome. Eric the owner was also great. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon fell in love with a truck and was approved for it Monday and picked it up on Tuesday. I hope if you are looking for a vehicle give this dealership a chance. You will not regret it. Im so glad we stopped by. And they definitely made us feel like we were important.
