One day when I went to McDonald's here, I ordered a plain burger with ketchup and a Large soda. When I got home, the food felt cold, the soda had a ton of ice in it when I said no ice cause it waters the drink down (took up halve the cup), and lastly when I said no pickles, it had pickles. A little angry, I called the place and they said their sorry about the incident and they said the next time I go there I could have a free sandwich. The next day during the lunch rush, I walked into the store and ordered the same thing I ordered yesterday. They said it will be out shortly. I remembered about what they said about the free sandwich, I told them about it and they wanted my name to make sure. I did and gave them coupon sent me the coupon they sent me yesterday. But for some reason, the coupon was expired. Still angry, I decided to pay. But the same thing happened like yesterday except the burger was warm. Food is not good and customer service is not.
The staff today was incredible! From placing my order, to pick up, everything was top notch. Well done guys! Thank you!

Some rude staff and some kind. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Food is typically good. Occasionally old food. Drive thru line is terrible. However, a new MCDs is being built at this very moment!
