All was good til we vacated storage unit. Called day before and was told rent would be pro-rated for the month (6 days into the month). When I checked out next day, I was charged for entire month.
They wont give corporate number so I can get my deposit back said 30 days and it been over 45 days. Only rented storage for 8days
Employees have personally made sure any issues I've had were taken care of.
