The pizza was awful, I asked for light sauce, and I got none. I have several times asked for deep dish, and all I ever get is original or hand-tossed it is not deep dish. Deep dish to me is exactly what it says deep dish, I suspect somebody don't know how to make deep dish pizza with light sauce. For the price of what you pay for that, you would think it would be properly made.
They delivered incredibly quickly and the delivery driver was very nice. However, the pizza delivered had crust that was rock hard and tasted stale. The hamburger on the pizza tasted burned and you could barely chew it. We called just to let them know and someone claiming to be the manager(perhaps it was) was incredibly rude and argumentative with my mother. After some arguing they agreed to send us out a new pizza (with a different crust style). The new pizza arrived just as quickly with a better tasting crust, but still had burned unchewable hamburger on it. I don't expect 5 star experiences with any pizza place, but this was particularly brutal. Two inedible pizzas and some wasted time. Oh, and they insisted they take the first pizza back, to ensure we weren't lieing. So much for the customer being always right.
Everytime I have ordered something has been wrong! I asked for my pizza to be cut into squares, it’s not. I always put in for the buttery garlic crust, it never is! Worst Pizza Hut!!!! Will not go back
