Waited RIDICULOUSLY long for my order. They called me 2 separate times, and then had me standing outside for so long that I decided to call the store. Absolutely no help, or consideration for my time spent waiting.nnAside from service, I’d like to add this is the lowest end Chinese restaurant in town. If you are considering Chinese, I recommend any of the other options available. This was a last resort order for me anyways, but it’s the last time I resort to poor service and mediocre food. I don’t usually review, but this was necessary.
Noodles were stiff.. beef & broccoli was hard to chew.. barely beef came with the meal.. why is the chicken on the stick fried.. meat wasn't white .. under cooked
Great food, great prices, great service!!! I Iove egg drop soup and can get lunch for 2 days for $2. I went to a diff chinese place on Broadway and paid 3 times as much for soup that was bright bright yellow and not good. I'll definitely stick w/ China Palace!
Food was hot and very good and reasonably priced will eat there again.
Food is totally amazing I love their food but one thing they need to work on is packaging the food better. They literally shoved everything and these containers and apparently the lid wouldn’t stay on had I known how to package them I probably would’ve bagged each individual in a plastic bag. They shoved them all in a big huge brown paper bag by the time I got from point A to point B they leaked all over my leather seats now my car smells like Chinese food I’m not very happy. My car seats are not solid leather they are vented therefore every little hole Could not be properly cleaned I’ve no idea how long my brand-new car is now going to smell like Chinese food not happy at all.
