This is a studio which has a Yoga class to fit the needs of every individual. As a yoga teacher myself (not here) I love to go to someone else's classes to continue to develop my own yoga practice. I go as often as I can work it into my schedule! We are always learning, and I take away something new and fun from every class I attend at Yoga East.
Yoga East has become my yoga home! Being a plus size girl, I am always nervous at first when I try a new form of exercise, and Sue and the other instructors all made me feel welcome and helped me make modifications that worked for my body. Yoga has become a passion for me and I don't think it would have happened without this studio! Sue is always offering interesting opportunities for students as well as outreach programs for the community. The teacher training program is also very strong and I am looking forward to starting my YTT! I highly recommend this studio for yogis of all levels!
