Love this gym it has affordable prices, friendly staff. Lots of exercise machines and if you use the hydro massage loungers or sun tanning beds it's a little extra money but not bad! There's cool breathable air and it doesn't smell unlike other gyms!

New member sign up today.nnThe staff was nice. I had someone show me around the facility. They answered all my questions. They allowed me to try out the facility before joining.nThe facility was clean. They allowed each person to have their own sanitation bottle to clean equipment while working out.

I love PF! Great workers who are friendly and helpful and the best tanning beds in Cape! Definitely worth every penny! I never feel pressured and never felt like ideas being judged for my weight. I'm so happy to say that I've already lost over 50 pounds and still losing and toning up. The staff is extremely helpful when I want to try a machine I have no idea how to work. The deep massage chairs followed by the hydro massage lounge help my back muscles tremendously. I had major back and neckbsurgery and was constantly in pain until I started the massage routine. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my progress and have no intention of canceling my membership any time soon!

I just joined not to long ago and I am very impressed.nThe workers at this location are absolutely kind and wonderful.nPlus, this location has a great variety of machines here which is very nice!

I cancelled my membership in August and have had to continue to call back every month since because I'm still being charged and it's coming out of my account. I called in September and asked for a manager several times and never got one or a returned call. Then finally spoke with one who claimed that was her first time hearing about it and claimed that she would take care of and I've since been billed twice.nI called about 15 minutes ago and asked for a manager and the female answering would not give me a manager and insisted on making me tell her and allowing her to help when they couldn't the first time. She even informed me that I had gotten her before and she hadn't helped me. I had to finally advise her that it very poor customer service to not allow me to speak with who I prefer. I'm sure that I won't get a call back from a manager, so I will probably have to contact my bank. But this is a RIP off!! Watch your account if you cancel your membership.
