Dispatcher was wonderful for a last minute electrical check. Will definitely call again since I am not close enough to inspect the property in person.

Got a call from Pete who works at Cotner electric on Wednesday while on my way to work. I have been waiting on a call for a few weeks so I took a few hours off to go to the house to meet him and go over the work that I needed done. After we discussed the little work I had for him he told he’d be back in an hour or so after he got parts for the job. I got a call maybe 2 or 3 hours later from him saying he was going to be busy the rest of the day and couldn’t come back. I understand I’m sure they are busy, but he told me he would be there at 8am Thursday morning. I got a call later Wednesday from Pete saying he was going to have to go to an emergency job a 8am and he’d be at my house at 10am Thursday. Well I’m writing this review at 1131am and only after calling Pete did I find out he wasn’t going to be at my house at all today and was trying to again reschedule. I declined and will find someone else. If you don’t want to do the work don’t agree to the work. All I needed done was 3 wall plugs behind my TVs and to add a hanging light fixture. Again I’m sure they are busy but it would have only took a few hours to get done.

I tried to hire this company, but apparently they don't need / want the business. I called to arrange a small service job at two local business and was given a rate quote and confirmation they they could do the work. A week later, I received a call stating that they couldn't get to one of the locations. A few days after that, I adjusted my schedule to see if they could add that job back into their schedule and was told that they could not. A few minutes later, I received an email stating that they couldn't do the second business either. If they had told me that they were too busy up front, I would have apologetically moved on to the next contractor. However, they waited over two weeks and then cancelled. I was very clear up front in stating that I needed the work completed ASAP. I hire E.C.s all of the time, and this has definitely been a disappointment. Steer clear
