We stopped in to look at a specific unit(Grand Design 390RK) and ended up being surprised by the Grand Design(375RES) which we had previously written off based on watching a YouTube video. And to top it off we were pleased with the customer service we received from Mark. He was helpful, laid back, and all around made our visit pleasant.
Needed a vent cover and they not only had it in stock, they also let us borrow a ladder and tools to swap it out really fast. Friendly service with a smile. Highly recommend them.
Treated kindly by all employees but was given an EXTREMELY low ball offer for a trade in..I was insulted to say the least..had hoped to work with them. This is the second time we had attempted to buy from them. Last time we negotiated to a difference of just a few hundred dollars. They stood firm, as is their choice, and lost a sale. I have friends and relatives who have bought there...don't understand why our experiences have been so dismal.
Bought our new camper today! Mark and all the employees are wonderful!
