I’m giving 1 star only because 0 isn’t an option! 0/10 would NOT recommend. Customer service is awful!! Laura Buick beats prices by up to 10K per vehicle and has good customer service. I significantly regret purchasing from Van Matre and will never do so again.
Amazing customer service. They made sure I was able to get the car I wanted and worked very hard to keep me in my budget. They were more concerned with my happiness and satisfaction than the money. Hands down best car buying experience. Highly recommend shopping here.
Your service manager James is absolutely the best. I called him to schedule an appt and he got me in very quickly and assured me he would get it taken care of. He did just that. Was in constant communication with me and explained all the work that was done. This was the first time dealing with you folks and it could not have gone any smoother. James is the bomb!!!!!!
