Richard O. Kirkpatrick, owner of this business, vacated the leased property without paying past due rents, failed to provide Certificates of Liability Insurance as per lease agreement, and significantly damaged the premises. No discussion of business problems, simply vacated; obviously, as a businessman, I would have considered his problems, if any. Damaged the property, significantly, owes me some $25,500, without attorney fees. I would never deal with this person, or his businesses again. I was the landlord for the property.
