I had the best experience in purchasing a new car! The salesman Earl Phillips was easy going, not pushy, very accommodating and honest. I was only there for 3 hours and was driving away in my new Tucson! The sales manager ,Jim Tatum, took care of the finance and did a great job working with me on running different scenarios to get the best payment plan for me! I would suggest anyone looking for a new car to check out Auffenberg Hyundai in Cape Girardeau Missouri for a great deal and a great car purchasing experience!!!
My husband and I went in looking to trade for a new Kona. Sales rep, Keith, was friendly and transparent. Bobby helped the financial aspect go smoothly. We were nervous about using a new Hyundai dealer since moving to southeast Missouri, but Auffenberg didn't disappoint. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Was in and out very quickly.nnWish they would do a quick wash or wipe the inside windows for you when you come in for service. I miss those perks that other dealers give.nnAuffenberg IS very courteous and efficient and I do greatly appreciate that!

Both of my vehicles needed an oil change. The service department was pleasant and the rest of the staff was very friendly. They gave me a complimentary vehicle wash with my service maintenance.
