When I ordered for delivery in July when we got the pizzas, 1 wasn't right & the only explanation for the other one is that they dropped it. When I called about them, I was told that they would credit my account, and that the credit could be used at my local pizza hit. Come to find out, that was a lie. When I called, they said the next time I was in the area, I could use the credit here. Fast forward to tonight, I call to order and surprise surprise, they failed to inform me that the credit expires in a month, so they wouldn't do anything about it.
I order delivery a lot. Sometimes the pizza is cold but we heat it in microwave no problem. But tonight I got my pizza and it looks like it’s been dropped. All the toppings are slid to one side of the pizza and it looks terrible. How am I supposed to eat this! Unbelievable!
Generally they are pretty good. But my last two orders they've forgotten drinks which isn't a huge deal. But this time they told me to call the store and I tried for ten minutes just to get refunded for the drinks and no one answered. Just don't prepay tips I guess.
Good food. Only issue was employees were not wearing mask.
Always good Pizza here. Hot Sauce on the wings was great.
