Clean little gym. Has all the basics you need to get a good workout. Never too many people. Everyone is courtesy, and polite.
Great place for people starting out, trainers very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.
They have excellent trainers and they also have the equipment for the Strongman competition as well. Which is more to say than the other gyms in the area, because no other gym has the equipment for the competition. They have a very nice staff and they have excellent prices for the stuff you get. They also have a tanning salon and they have the equipment you need to stay fit! Plus they also have a 24hr open gym so it is very nice!!
Outstanding gym! It is a 24-hour facility that is clean and stocked with great weightlifting equipment. The trainers will work hard with you to help you achieve your goals.
