My wife Michelle and I worked with Tonya in the financing department at Kelly’s Port to purchase a boat and I can’t say enough nice things about her! You can tell she’s very passionate about her job and very knowledgeable about all things necessary to get you the best rate and the best terms for a loan! She is very polite and very sincere and it does not go unnoticed! She’s a wonderful person A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend utilizing Tanya’s services if you need financing with Kelly’s Port!

Kelly’s port was able to fix the generator on my searay after multiple other companies and techs down at the lake had said they fixed it and really hadn’t. I was visiting friends at their marina at Kelly’s port and had issues- they sent techs straight down and spent the time to actually listen and go through the steps and get it working properly. Happy to report it has stayed running and is working perfectly! The techs that I met were extremely nice, professional, and respected my boat. Great group of people!

We will be Kelly's Port customers for life. While we had a wonderful experience during the sales process and working with Chad, real service has a tendency to come to light when there is a problem. When we purchased our Regal everyone we met was as friendly as could be and said when you buy from Kelly's Port you buy our service as well. We didn't know what that truly meant until we had a problem out on the water. It was a Tuesday so the service area was closed and the message said to call the cell phone of one of the Kelly sons if it was an emergency. I am in no way advocating for bothering these wonderful people on their day off but in our case we didn't know what else to do. They got in touch with us promptly and tried to walk us through fixing the problem. When they realized we weren't going to be able to fix it ourselves they asked for our location and arrived to help us in less than twenty minutes. Not only did they arrive but the whole family was there as they were out on the water celebrating a little guy's 3rd birthday. They evaluated the most cost effective way to solve our problem at that moment and got us back up and running. When they shake your hand after the sale and say they are always there if you need them they mean it!

The bank that I was using for financing a boat from a private seller hit a snag, so I called Kelly's Port and was put in touch with Tonya. She took my application over the phone and within a hour she already had an approval. I showed up on Friday and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Tonya and Kelly's Port did an amazing job, even though the boat I was buying was from a private seller.
