Called and placed a carry out order over the phone on Saturday November 14th. They charged my card twice. One for the full total amount, then a second time for the full total amount plus the tip. I understand mistakes happen, so I calmly called and let them know their mistake. The girl told me there was nothing she could do and that her store manager would call me in the morning. After that didn't happen, I called to see what the deal was. The call center answered the phone and transferred me to the store.. The 1st time someone answered and hung up before I could even say anything. I called back and asked to be connected to the Osage Beach location (again). After a while they eventually answered. I explained what was going on and was told that I need to bring in a copy of my bank statement to verify THEIR error...(As if they can't look up my back to back charges lol) I still remained calm and asked how they wanted me to send the proof. I was then told that I would need to call back tomorrow because the manager wasn't there. Seems like a pathetic attempt to steal from me. We'll see how this plays out..
Pizza was good but when I ordered I ordered from the camdenton location but they were closed but never told me so my ordered was sent to Osage Beach location & by the time I got there & back home the pizza was cold
I called 4x and got hung up on. Called for the 5x and they found out I was at the Margaritaville Resort I got put back on a hold cue without explanation. Guess it was too hard for them to deliver to a hotel even though they have a huge sign right outside the resort. Absolutely the worst customer service for a vacation town.
Pizza was great. Ordered takeout dine in was not available
Food was good and hot, but the inconvenience of the COVID measures are the reason for a 3 star (not 4 star) rating.
