We absolutely love this place. You can no longer walk up to the castle ruins, they have it fenced off. However, arriving early allows you to watch the sun rise through the once majestic but still stately structure. A sight worth seeing. Stop by the visitor center. The folks are so knowledgeable about the castle.

Beautiful area! Loved visiting when all the leaves had fallen, you can see so far away and we weren't quite as exhausted from walking! Didn't have the energy for the stairs leading to the waterfall but the ruins and the natural bridge were awesome. Highly recommend! Lots of benches and places to rest too.

This is a wonderful place to visit alone or with the family. Easy trails to transverse that take you to spectacular natural wonders such as the natural bridge and underground springs to the ruins of Robert Snyder’s dream to build a castle in America. Also if you are so inclined some great areas to fish.

So beautiful! Lots of great spots for that perfect picture. The views are AMAZING! Walking trails ,lots of info along the way. I plan to go again soon. I suggest going, when you have a few hours to take your time and enjoy the hiking trails.
