I've been through many times since this location opened & have always been treated very kindly. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I order decaf but they never fuss or cope an attitude about it like some places do. They just make a pour over & get on with it. Never takes too long. Love the warmed up croissants.
If you have to go to work on the morning make sure you give them at least 40 minutes to make your drink or you will be late. I sit in the drive through on average for 30 minutes every morning. Not an exaggeration, they take FOREVER.
No sign; nothing!! Went through drive through at 8:15 on Monday the 23rd. Apparently no one showed up to work.(!!)
If they were open regularly and had online ordering would be 5 star.
I'm pretty sure a Frappuccino is frozen and blended....but I need caffeine to bad rn! And I'm not trying to spend another 6 bucks to end up w a hot drink when it's already 78 degrees!!
