Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The only reason they are getting a 2 is the staff because they were all very helpful even the security guard! This place was very dirty and had lots of issues with our room to the point we had to change because our toilet didn’t work and air conditioning didn’t work. Both rooms were very outdated. We didn’t have internet for 2 days, and there was NO pool at the time of our stay (sounds like there won’t be one available for a while). Then it basically turned into a Frat house on Saturday night. People drinking everywhere, people were extremely loud all throughout the night which kept my whole family awake. I was very surprised that even though they accept pets ( we did bring ours) it didn’t smell of animal. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Try to AvoidnnOne of my Friends got bed bugs from this hotel and they had to fumigate her room and baggage. Everything is dated and broken. Heard this place was nice ten years ago but since then nothing has been kept up.

AVOID!!! This place is awful and you are NOT welcome here. Upon arrival we were curtly informed the usual buffet breakfast is for a group staying in the hotel and not for us. The desk clerk told me the hotel was only providing morning coffee for that group but not for us. As we had a long day traveling on bicycles on thr KATY trail there was no other option. We travel often. This is the least enjoyable stay at any hotel we have had in a decade or more.

Nice hotel. A little pricey in my opinion but they were super nice and friendly when we needed a hotel in a pinch. One thing I loved is they text you after check in to see if your room is okay. It easily gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get immediate assistance if something isn’t right. We would go back there to stay!
