I called and the owner answered. He was very polite, extremely helpful, and we got our system working again. On top of that I made the call on one of the coldest days of the year so far, and I know they were probably busy as ever. I would highly recommend this business. Its one thing to call a company, but another to get the owner. I love supporting small business, but only if they deserve business and this company definitely came through. 5 stars. Will use them for all my heating needs. Thank you!

I have had to call on them a couple times. Today again needed service. They are very friendly, professional and efficient. I absolutely love having them as a go to.

Chris, second technician that came to our house, he is why we give this 5 stars. He was alot more helpful than the first tech and that was even with me being a little snippy in frustration. He was so polite, nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend Chris specifically, he deserves every penny that he works for and a raise in top of that.

Thanks for the info on doing a repair on my toilet flange. It worked great. Easy enough. I’ll be back and definitely recommend Hornbuckle!

I had accidentally punctured a waterline behind my drywall. Jeremy arrived soon after I had called and was able to make a repair quickly. I plan on calling these guys again if I have any other plumbing issues. Highly recommend!
