I placed an order this past Friday at 8:37 PM and they said my order would be here in 40 minutes. After an hour, I called and asked about my order. The girl placed me on hold then hung up on me. I called back several times then they finally answered after about 5 minutes. She explained she didn't know what happened but the driver had left with my order but we never recieved it. She said I'll place another order for you and have it out to you in 30 minutes. At 1130 PM we still haven't received our order. So my husband called and asked what ever happened to our order and she said both orders were canceled because they couldn't find the house on the GPS ( we are literally 7 minutes away from them) but we never got a call to let us know anything. Very poor customer service as well.
Honestly, I'd never used their online services before. Once I got to their site, I was really impressed with how organized and easy everything was set up!! I've loved their pizza for a very long time. If you've never used their online store, I highly recommend it!!
