Went by to inquire about a membership and was greeted with the warmest welcome followed by the most informative and thorough tour of the gym. Clean and sanitary as well as friendly and welcoming. Cant wait to go back tomorrow
I just want to thank the staff for keeping the facility so clean. They are always busy cleaning and keeping machines germ free. I feel very safe there and happy they are in our community.
It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the machines are well taken care of. I love this gym.nnThey lost 2 stars today. The girl at the front desk was kind of snotty with me. I haven't received any emails or notifications of when the fees are due, so it showed that I owed my annual and monthly fee, which I was going to text my husband to pay in the next 10 minutes. This girl just kept questioning me. Telling me I couldn't come in as a guest if I owed fees, etc. I felt like she thought I was trying to abuse their system. All I was trying to do was get my work out in for the day. I even called it to her attention that my membership may not be active. And had to pretty much pry it out of her how much I owed.
Brandon, the manager is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and accessible I am very thankful for him and his excellent staff.nI’m also very thankful to have a Planet Fitness in our town of Poplar Bluff, Missouri
First day there and the employees were very nice an helpful. Savannah was very sweet an great at showing me how to use the different types of equipment. I do believe I will enjoy coming out an starting my new healthy journey with you guys!!!
