My husband and I flew in from Orlando, FL to purchase the truck we were searching for. Gary was our rep and was more than accommodating and helpful. Everything from picking us up at our hotel to signing on the dotted line with finance rep Trey. Everyone in the whole dealership was friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for making our trip and purchase a success!!

Horrible experience and bad company decision made by Baldwin GMC. Called and stated I would be arriving at a specific time to look at with intent to purchase a vehicle and wanted to make sure they were to hold it. Explained a DR. Appt was already scheduled for my daughter and we would be arriving immediately after. Sales person very nice and stated no problem he would hold the keys. Well the sales manager decided to let another couple drive and make an offer on the vehicle and ignore my courtesy call .... which is what dealerships refer those as.... and when we arrived it was sold out from underneath me. Very bad business decision and customer service!!

Parker king is a great salesman and he always goes above and beyond your expectations to make sure you are well taken of. I have only bought vehicles from him for years, due to how great he takes care of me. I have referred several friends to him, because of his great customer service.

If I could rate this with 0 stars, I would. They do not back the vehicles they sell and they are complete liars!
