I really enjoyed the experience I had when I went to Car-Mart this past Saturday. The staff there were amazing! Jimmy, Karen and front desk lady helped me a lot! Thank you for an awesome experience! Mel woodruff was absolutely amazing today. I was so nervous about purchasing a car today but Mel made my experience way better than I came in expecting. If have a decent credit score and no down payment dont come here. The man i spoke too was very condescending, making assumptions about my character and life situation without actually asking questions. It was pretty awkward actually. They do not run your credit unless you want a car over $12K. But they do run it so they could actually use it, but instead they assumed i wanted their cheapest car. I'll go back dealerships before dealing with a car mart ever again. Good luck.
This is a great place to buy a car, well maintained polite and friendly employees, the vehicles are nice clean and checked for wear problems fixed. My wife and I purchased two vehicles from here and both are great, definitely if there's a problem they work to fix it. Awesome business.
