My boyfriend ordered our pizza online and when we went to pick it up the the girl at the front counter says oh I gave your order away. My boyfriend asks what do you you mean you gave our order away? She states oh someone just came in with your name and said they were picking up your order. The girl at the counter acts like this is not a big deal. She just says she will remake it. I explain our information has been hacked if someone just came in here and used our name. She then proceeds to argue with me and say the system is not hacked. But when I explain there is no other explaintion of how someone got our name unless she just didn't do her job and just gave our pizza to a random person. The girl had horrible customer service refused to give me her bosses number when I asked. Then when we ask for a refund she tells us to just call a number. This has been the worst experience ever! I would not recommend using this place ever!

Pizza was undercooked and lacked any taste in the ounce of sauce I believe to have only been used for the entire pizza. (Probably only allowed a k cup per pie now huh?)nSalad did not come with even half of the items I asked to have in it. This is the 3rd time in a row My order was horrible. Normally they have top notch service and pizza. Not sure what's up.
I ordered a calzone and it was delicious. It surpassed my expectations and it was a golden brown crispy dough. Not raw like the reviews say.
Simple for sure. Not the best pizza. There are better places north of this place. Please take your merry self in that direction.
