I work as a pilot car for oversize loads (wind) and I live in my van while on the road for months at a time. If you know about pilot cars you know it can be difficult to find a place to park, especially when you have 2 large dogs with you. I parked at this Loves. I met I believe (I'm terrible with names), Dave, the day mgr and Andrew the night mgr, both very cool, when they asked me to park in a different place. Didn't ask me to leave, just move. So I did. Again, they were very courteous and kind as are the others that work inside. The employees at almost every Loves I have encountered are the nicest people, which is why I always search them out. Thank you all.

Top notch Manager ( tall thin shaved head in his 40's maybe ) in the store tonight 10-19-20 on duty was very nice and went above and beyond ( thanks for the extra towels and being so nice ) and the service guys in the shop thank you - my mechanic Kevin who helped me figure something out I didn't know how to do and changed out some mud flaps the guys were beyond awesome!!! Thank you St Joseph MO for stellar service !!! This is the way truck stops should be

I had the pleasure of meeting Dave C. at his location this morning. He was pleasant to speak with, very friendly and accommodating.nDave's location in St. Joseph was clean the staff was friendly and i had a great experience there.nnI travel often and when I do, I always seek out a Love's for all my stops on each trip. I LOVE Love's!nnThank you Love's for making me feel comfortable each time I visit and providing a safe, clean and friendly environment.

It’s super dirty. I love LOVES but this location is very dirty. Rude staff and waiting shower time it’s horrible. Dirty wash room. Dirty shower area. Staff is like giving you favor to talk to you.....I mean com‘ on we are paying. Anyway. I don’t want to come back this location anymore.

Regret buying fuel here. Not one employee wearing mask properly and wanted to get right next to you.nMy family has health issues and wont pay you to put them at risk
