This is my first experience car shopping with Reed Chrysler Dodge Jeep and I have to say it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Dan Rathmann was awesome. He was friendly funny, and took the time to go over every detail including connecting my phone. Matt in their finance department was a dream to deal with. No hard sales, no gimmicks just straight forward service I was in and out of his office in under 20 min. If you are car shopping you would be smart to swing by and give them a chance.

My Jeep Cherokee was due for its 30,000 mile checkup. The crew at Reed Jeep picked up the car at my office, did the very complete inspection and called me with their summary and with their recommendations. They quoted me a price to do the needed work--which actually was the price charged. And then they returned the automobile to my office with everything complete. I am impressed with this dealership, its service department, the friendliness of the folks on the telephone, and the overall professionalism of the business. Highly recommend.
I had my Dodge Charger in for service after it started leaking oil again. I had previously had it serviced at the dealership in kc, but was in St Joe for a couple of days and asked them to take a look. Not only did they work me in their busy schedule but went above and beyond by cleaning everything, testing and retesting after they found the leak. They explained where the leak was found and road tested the car and inspected it thoroughly. Service was great, communication was clear and they were exceedingly quick about it. Thanks guys!
