Bruce was great to work with and didn’t try to twist my arm into getting something I didn’t actually want. I told him what I wanted and he was great at helping me understand the vehicle and get everything done to where I could drive it off the lot.nnCharles, the sales manager, was also very friendly and great to work with. We did run into a snag with the advertised sales price of the car, BUT Charles really bent over backwards to make the situation right and earn my business.nnMary, who works in the finance department was very kind and patient in explaining to me what I was signing and the various warranty packages they offer. I would recommend seeing these folks if you’re in need of a vehicle.

I just purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion SE at Rolling Hills Nissan. I worked with Troy and he was outstanding! I came in with a car in mind and Troy showed me a car that met all of my wants but had many extra options that exceeded my expectations but well within my budget. Troy was extremely easy to work with and he went to great lengths to make my purchase easy and fast. I felt he really valued my time and as a busy professional this was very important to me. On my first visit to Rolling Hills Nissan I left in my new car the very same day, I cannot imagine a better car buying experience! I also had the pleasure of working with Mary, in Finance and she too was outstanding to work with!

I made my appointment online like always. I got there about 10 minutes early. But it took an hour and a half for oil change and rotation. The young man was very nice. He said they were not use to such a big vehicle. You all sell bigger vehicles then my Titan. My truck was ready and he said you are all done. I said I need to pay. He said no you have a maintenance plan. I never knew I had a maintenance plan. I paid for my other oil changes. He looked it up and gave me money back. Over all he was very helpful and apologetic. But I didn’t like the hour and half wait time that is ridicules. I was planning to go somewhere else next time but since he told me I have a maintenance plan I guess I have to come back.

This was the best car buying experience ever. Bruce was very helpful and walked us through each part of the process. There were no high pressure sales tactics and I am grateful for that.

Very friendly and courteous! I was able to get a nicer car than I expected in my price range. Great customer service during the entire process of purchasing a new car!
