Reuben Cross is a good salesman. No pressure. The first time that I met him, I was cutting across the dealership’s lot. He ask me if I needed help. I explained that I was just on my daily walk. The next time I met him was when we were having our oil changed in my 2018 Equinox that I had bought in Kansas City. As we were waiting, I spied a pretty red 2020 Equinox in their lot. As we were looking at it, Reuben walked up and asked if he could help us. We ended up coming on in and dealing on the new car. He would go and talk to his boss, Chad Fuller, who is also a good guy, to get us to a deal that we all agreed on. Many good features and other extras that we couldn’t pass by so I bought it and am very pleased. He was very nice to explain everything to us and show us features on it that my other one didn’t have. Now I won’t have to go all the way to Kansas City anymore to buy my cars. Thanks Reuben. You’re a good guy. Patty
I had an amazing experience with Joseph Bayes buying my new Chevy Equinox. Joseph was super knowledgeable, understanding and very patient throughout the process. The entire staff were friendly and attentive from start to finish. I shopped around with many dealerships before purchasing a new vehicle. Reed by far took the best care of me and found the exact model, color and rims and I wanted at the price I wanted. I highly recommend speaking to Joseph if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. He’s awesome!
Just want to say that Reed is a great business, and they treat their customers right. They work hard to build customer loyalty by going the extra mile. My wife's car was purchased new at Reed. We took it in a while back for an issue. The man helping me at the counter warned me that the problem may not be covered by the vehicle's expired warranty or insurance; we might have to shell out the cash. Fast forward a while, and they'd diagnosed the problem, and came to tell me (waiting in the lobby) what it was, how much the part costs, and how long the wait would be. Just a bit later, they came to tell me it was done, they'd gotten the cost covered so I wouldn't have to pay, and handed me my keys. I got in and drove away, not a cent poorer, and noticed that the tire that was a bit low on air was back to where it was supposed to be. I couldn't recommend a car dealing business more highly than Reed. They make me feel like family.
This is our second time buying a car with Randy Reed. It's always a pleasant experience. Jeff Davey is awesome.
Misquoted on price and time. Was told it would be a quick job, ended up needing a second appt requiring an all day affair. That ended up costing me over $400. Not pleased at their miscommunication and misleading information
