I ordered a fan motor with a blade kit, after giving them all the numbers they requested, and making me pay for the part before they would order it.(this was my first mistake). A week later it came in and was the wrong one, so they tell me how it’s my fault it was wrong and ask me to just make it work. Finally they took it back and ordered the right motor. After another week and a half went by, I went to pick up the correct motor. This time they got the right motor but no kit (wich I pd a hundred dollars extra for) and when I brought it to their attention the owner told me that it did not come with a kit but cost the same amount and refused to refund my money even after I called several places in the area to see how much the part cost, so I would know how much they over charged me. I will never do business with this place again. Not sure how they are still in business.
