They performed my oil change and did an overall check quickly. They even washed my car and gave me a military discount. The waiting area is nice and has refreshments. Overall very satisfied with the service!

From the get go an employee at the Ford location was beyond helpful. Took details of what I needed and made it happen. I did unfortunately have spend more than what I wanted per month but that wasn't on the shop. Said employee went above and beyond to help. We are now in a wondeful Kia van. We have had minor work on it and he has made sure we got it fixed asap even

I came into the service department a mess worried about my check engine light coming on. Leiren was quick to ease my mind and be sure I had an appointment to resolve the issue. When I came back the guys in the back were also very attentive on getting my vehicle in at the appointment time that Leiren set up for me. We had to order parts and I was called when they arrived and got right back in. I did not wait very long. Both visits my car was washed. I was very pleased with how my entire situation was handled and thankful that not only was my vehicle taken care of but MY concerns were heard and quickly resolved!
