Coffee good as always. Service was bad. Baristas we're apparently having a bad day. Ordered on line. Stopped to pickup my drinks, they were ready. No one asked if they could help me so when I reached to look at the names on the drinks they immediately gave me some attention with attitude. I understand I shouldn't be touching other people's stuff ( I didn't). Then I asked for splash guards for my two cups. They responded they would get them. While I was waiting for splash guards I noticed one of my cups was pretty messy all over the lid. Then I noticed the counter was speaking wet with coffee, water and ice cubes. They was another drink sitting on the counter and something in a paper bag. Both sitting in the water. I pointed this out to them and they got very defensive about it saying the iced drinks sweat on the counter. I mentioned the water had a brown tint and the pile of melting ice cubes sitting on the counter may be to blame. They started realizing I wasn't going to just drop it and started asking if they could get me some napkins to clean up my cup lid. I left feeling very disappointed in the level of service. Wishing my normal store on the north belt had online order. Their service is so much better.

This is an OK location. It is used heavily as some days the line spills out of the parking lot. The drinks they make are average at the staff is not overly friendly. I've used this location a couple of times due to the convenience of the location, but not my first choice of places to stop.

The coffee is good if you don’t mind waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru every single day.

The employee at the window was very nice & friendly, but they added something to my drink order that I requested be left off & my breakfast sandwich only had meat on half of it. Excellent staff, just a little disappointed in my order this morning!

They have the best lemonade and good service, the one thing is I had payed for a drink and it wasn't right but they are learning and I think that Starbucks products like the creamers and the Keurig coffee that Starbucks offers at grocery stores are in good quality.
