Recently I purchased my brothers car because he no longer needed it living in Chicago, he had originally bought it at Top Quality Motors. Unfortunately, he had purchased it from the previous owners-about 3 years ago. It was unfortunate because there was a titling issue.nI wasn’t aware of the change in ownership until I called TQM to get some guidance on how to remedy the situation. I was put in touch with, Laurie, one of the owners. She walked me through step by step all the actions/documents that needed to be done to fix the issue. She even came to Columbia to meet me at the DMV to make sure I didn’t run in to any issues! I must have been on the phone with her and emailing her at least 20 times that week and every time she was the most patient and helpful person.nFor running into such a snag with a car purchase I couldn’t have been more lucky to have TQM and Laurie on my side.nI will definitely be using them in the future!

The folks down at Top Quality Motors were very friendly & professional to my wife & I when we needed a tire repair. Laurie was most helpful & very welcoming to Ashland. My wife & I just moved here & were treated like long time residents. Thanks again.

We have bought several cars from Top Quality Motors and have always been impressed with their professionalism and positive environment. We bought this Rogue for our daughter to use at college. No high pressure to buy, they just work with you and answer your questions, and help you as needed. Quality cars at very reasonable prices, and the Dipietro owners are great to work with. Highly recommend this business!

We had an exceptional car buying experience at Top Quality Motors. We looked at many cars at other places when trying to find a used car with low miles for our teenage daughters before ending up here. Dan was very patient in letting us test drive several different cars before deciding on the perfect Honda Accord which is an older model, but in excellent condition with low miles. When we finally made the decision to buy, it took less than an hour to complete the paperwork. It was a hassle-free experience in every way. We will definitely refer our friends and family here!

Bill, Laurie, and Dan were all very professional. Because of COVID, it took a while to get the car I wanted, but it was well worth the wait. The quality and price of the 2012 Civic I purchased can not be beat! Their service after the sale is also exceptional. I highly recommend this company.
