We had our items stored for approximately 6 months. We went to check on the unit, and found our old lock on the ground, and a new lock in place. We contacted the business who said the unit had been broken into in Feb, and they re-secured it with a lock, but they never notified us (this is the end of March). They stated that they had our phone number wrong in the system. Understandable error, however, they had no problem corresponding with us by mail for payment.
Your stuff isn't safe here. The camera's are fake. The ownership doesn't care and the police state multiple burglaries occur each month. Might as well put your valuable stuff outside your house on the street for a month.
Unit was the worst I've ever seen. Dirty, leaked water all over possessions, owners do not take care of units. Did nothing to compensate us. Customer service is subpar as well.
Everything I put into storage is now covered in mouse poop :( My couch is ruined.
