HORRIBLE experience attempting to use this storage facility on 2901 Interstate 70 Drive Northwest in Columbia, Missouri - the pictures they post on their facebook are NOT what the storage units look like when you arrive - they also ADVERTISE that the facility has electronic gate access - NOT TRUE - there is NO gate that is closed - ANYONE can enter with a car/truck or small uhaul. I followed the directions when arriving of going to kiosk to complete reservation - was given a storage space # & a gate code - could not get into unit & used HELP line for customer service at kiosk - asked for a call back since agent on line could not assist. That was Friday - 2 days later - NEVER a call back! BEWARE - find another storage unit to rent. Also saw another renter w/ a uhaul when we were attempting to get into our space - stated he had been there 21 days and his unit had already been breached. TERRIBLE - we secured another unit with a different company (offered VERY SECURE ENTRANCE - WITH A GATED KEYPAD) that evening and were able to place our items in storage and still make our flight back home on same day. I usually do not take the time to write reviews - this I felt was necessary due to this storage facility not being ANY where near what it was advertised. TERRIBLE.

Have had sheds with Midwest off and on for many years. Did not have problems until past 2 years. The sheds used to have on site management, but not any longer. Over the past 2 years, the sheds have changed management, and not having the courtesy of letting their tenants know. This has happened to me twice. Now I don't even know who to contact with problems.

The units are not secure. Someone climbed through the top edge of the wall froom another unit and went through all our stuff! It is a huge mess now! I don't know what is missing yet!!! Do not use this facility!!!!

Go to storage mart, Local storage places suck they should be out of business
