I ordered a pizza and a drink from this Dominos and they brought out the wrong pizza and no drink. Delivery Driver was nice and apologized so I didn't care but I asked to get the right pizza. I called in after he left to make sure I got the right pizza out to my house. When I called in, I was told that I ordered the wrong pizza. I ordered a pepperoni, bacon, and banana pepper pizza. He told me he understood and told me it would be out to my house within 30 minutes. My pizza shows up and it was another cheese pizza. I was laughing my head off when I opened it up. I called the store again and they told me I ordered a cheese pizza. Even if the website messed up and cleared my pizza order, I still told the worker over the phone what I wanted. I was told sorry but was not given my pizza of choice. All I can say is oh well and write my review! :)
This dominos location always gets my order correct and the pizza is neither undercooked nor overcooked. The other locations are hit or miss.
They’ve been consistent, even through the pandemic, on-time and my orders have always been accurate. I’ve been using this store for 2 years and they haven’t wavered in the service they’ve provided. A good team! You guys ROCK!
Call them and tell them ”a delivery please” silence... so I say again “yeah i need delivery please“ The woman on the side yeah I heard you! With an attitude might I add! July 27 at 11:35 PM I don’t need this attitude I’m trying to order food for my entire place over 25 people. Keep your attitude I’ll order my food somewhere else. actually happens all the time at this Domino’s
We recently ordered from this restaurant for pick-up. Not a good experience! We ordered our pizza at 650 it was suppose to be ready between 703 &708. We arrived on time and our order was not ready. The forgot the bread sticks and said it would be 8 mins. We waited and they never brought out our order. Then we called again from the outside because you cannot go in. They did not know about the order. At the point we finally received our pizza it was 738. Once we got the pizza home it certainly was not fresh. The bread knots were good but the pizza was dried out. Not a good experience. We will go back to our local pizzaria from now on instead of trying to save a few bucks. We did get a sorry and a offer for some additional dipping sauce.
