Gumby's Pizza

After leaving Willies we needed some food, Gumby's was on the way, we ordered a large pizza to share. Asked if we could get a beer while we waited. Turns out there is a bar in the back. Rob the bartender took great care of us, he ran out of Jello Shots with our group and made sure we kept a drink in our hand. Along comes the pizza and it was fantastic, just what we needed, light crust, just the right amount of cheese and pepperoni. I'll be back, great job Rob!

Normally a good pizza option in Columbia, but this last pizza was so greasy I couldn’t even eat it! What a waste of $16. Absolutely disgusting, even the entire crust is bright orange.

I love gumby's and it's always been our go-to pizza place. But after tonight, we will no longer be giving them our business again. We ordered a pre-made pizza without the meat option as me and my boyfriend have been vegetarian for a long time and always order this pizza.. The website was down so we called to have it delivered. We got it and i quickly noticed it had bacon. I thought maybe it would be fine if we just pick it off as we are not the type of people who like to call and complain if we don't have to, but after trying to pick it off i took 2 bites and the bacon flavor was strong and cooked into the pizza so much and it was also impossible to pick all the bacon out, we just couldn't eat it. We decided to call and was told by the manager at the downtown location that we would have to send the pizza back with the delivery driver if we wanted them to make us a new pizza, which wasn't a problem until we told her that we did take a couple bites and attempted to pick off the meat when she then proceeded to tell us they could only make us a smaller size if that was the case and we were not offered a refund as a option...i don't understand why i should have to get a smaller size pizza because i was misheard over the phone and attempted to let it go. They continued to argue with us about our receipt only saying that we asked for no pepperoni and that it didn't say no bacon which we certainly did over the phone since we are on a dietary restriction and have been for a long time. The person taking our order apparently didn't hear us. No problem right? We understand mistakes happen and we simply just wanted that mistake corrected, but now our dinner is ruined. The way gumby's handled this felt very disrespectful and very disappointing considering we are big fans of the pizza and frequent customers, that will be no longer.

First time ordering from Gumby's, and will be the last!nOrdered delivery and driver went to 2 separate wrong hotels. Seemed to have no clue where Staybridge Suites was located. Kept calling me saying my pizza was delivered, but it was not at my hotel.nBy the time it was delivered to the correct location it was cold and very doughy.nDon't Waste your money!!!nSpent almost 20 bucks on a meat lovers 12 inch pizza.nMaybe delivery drivers should have GPS in their vehicles. Just a thought.

Gumby's is great but if I had to choose which location I'd 100% pick the one off Rain Forest Pkwy. Better quality, better memories. Thanks B for showing me the good times.
