Great beef egg foo yung. I strongly recommend.nnI get that distancing is real but their lobby looks like they just moved in and didn't unpack. Restaurants should at least look neat and clean. I moved across town and tried them because they were close. I will probably order again but I'm checking out the other 4 in that area.
The food is always fresh and the lunch special prices are always a huge plus. In my opinion... Don't go to grocery store for some stale, warmed over, terribly over-priced Chinese food...go to China Star...where a lunch special is under $6.00. You'll get more meat, more vegetables, better quality food for a lot less money then what they charge everywhere else.
Worst food I’ve eaten...lo mein tasted like it was cooked in months old oil.... threw most of my order in the garbage can... whole family sick after eating some of this food....Columbia health department should inspect this place...I rarely write reviews but other consumers should consider other restaurants if they want Chinese food.
Their Ma La Chicken is one of the best Chinese takeout entrees I've ever had, the quality of the food is amazing! I would highly recommend!
China star was amazing people with amazing food. I'm going back for more when I want Asian food. I give 5 stars
