My first visit here was a couple weeks ago. I was invited by a friend to try it out. I signed up for the class online. I got a welcome message from Laura. Her communication was fun and professional. When I arrived, she knew who I was and welcomed me by name. That says a lot about the level of care at Rho. The studio is extremely clean and comfortable. Laura's class we fun and she kept us engaged and motivated to push ourselves. I was contacted after the class as well. This level of friendly communication motivated me to sign up for more classes. I did and have now gone to three of them. I waited to write this review until after a few visits. They just keep getting better and better. I highly recommend Rho to everyone.

Not only is the workout excellent, but the commitment to building an inclusive and supportive community is what sets RHO apart from other fitness centers. Each crew member is of value. I have been excited to go since I began 2 years ago! Best investment in myself I could have ever made!!

Instructor was amazing (Becky), loved the workout and it is close to my house. I will definitely be going back again!

I instantly fell in love with everything the Rho Engine Room provides; community, fun and a fantastic workout every single day!!! Every class is so well thought out, structured and different!

Love this place! Laura and her team are great and I always get a great workout. They all make you feel very welcome
