This is a truly amazing gym. It’s so uplifting as soon as you walk in the doors. The entire gym is full of energy. I couldn’t say I had fun while working out until I started working out here! API Is most definitely worth a try if you are looking for a gym!
What a great experience!!! One hour of boot camp kicked my rear. The atmosphere of incredibly positive people:) what else can I say...
I can’t say enough good things about API!! The environment is extremely positive and motivating. The trainers are encouraging and always coming up with creative workouts- group fitness classes are never the same. If you’re looking for community and challenging workouts - API is where it’s at!
Best gym in Columbia. Great staff
Best gym in como, if you trying to play sports or just want to get better it’s the perfect fit for you. They have group classes and if you need a 1 on 1 they have that also. All the trainers are great and helpful and fun to work with. Anytime I’m training for football that’s where I go to get right.
