I'm very grateful that I found Aggregate. I've been a member here for the last two months, and my experience has been great. The gym has top notch equipment. Tons of space to work. The community here is starting to grow, and the people I've met have been great. Joe leads the class, and he's a great coach. He's patient, and works within your capabilities while challenging you to get better. If you like to lift heavy weight, there's ton of that here too. Best CrossFit gym in town!!!
The community aspect of CrossFit is why I first started. At Aggregate the community is the best I've experienced yet. Biggest facility in town and the most freedom when it comes to doing your own extra work. Dog friendly and kid friendly too!
Great place to help you achieve all your fitness goals. Knowledgeable down-to-earth staff. The workouts are going to push you to your limits regardless of your fitness level.nnIf you aren’t in great shape or are apprehensive about crossfit this place is still amazing. You modify the workouts to fit your fitness level. The individuals who frequent here are great as well. They are going to be supporting you every step of the way as well. It’s a lot easier to push through a workout when you look over and see the person next to you pushing though it with you.nnDo yourself a favor and come in and give it a try.
