Great gym with everything you’d need. Friendly staff and clean facilities.
I taught an acroyoga class and loved it. Everything was really clean and everyone working there was ready to help. All the members were happy, friends with eachother and it just made the class that much better. Thank you Catina for the opportunity! Happy holidays!
My personal trainer Paden Poage is awesome! There’s no other word for him. He took me from completely scared and unsure about my body to feeling confident and motivated. He knows his stuff and makes sure I have a workout routine designed specifically for my body. He gives his full attention and guides me with slight corrections in the exercise itself which makes a huge impact on my body and its progression. If you don’t have a personal trainer like Paden, get one!
I was told they'd freeze my membership when I specifically asked them to cancel it. Then I see they didn't do either and continue to charge me.
10% of fire code and social distancing are non-existent. This is a petri dish.
