As someone who’s never had great experiences with other yoga studios before, I can honestly say I love Moon Yoga. I’ve been trying to find ways to slowly get back into fitness and wellness and the classes here are perfect for me. The instructors have great energy and the classes are challenging, but in no way intimidating or overwhelming. I always leave the classes feeling better mentally and physically than I did when I walked in. The aesthetic of the studio is also extremely relaxing and calming. If you’re looking for a yoga studio in Columbia, I’d 100% recommend Moon Yoga.

I LOVE Moon Yoga, Amber, and all the other instructors! I used to call it my happy place when I lived in Columbia. The ambience is calming and peaceful, and the whole Moon Yoga community is so welcoming. I also love their approach to vinyasa flows which encourages listening to your body, moving with the breath, and finding freedom within the form. I miss the Moon Yoga community!

This was my first time coming to this yoga studio. The atmosphere when you walk in, is welcoming and soul soothing. I really enjoyed my instructor Cynthia. I left feeling way better than when I came in. I definitely intend to make this at least a once a week thing. Thank you so much

This class was such a treat! First off there is great parking. The location is easy to get too and the studio itself is beautiful. When you walk in the room is strung with Edison-style LED lights that the instructor dimmed and brightened throughout the class. There is this edgy exposed brick wall and the neon Moon Yoga sign glowing in the front. Our instructor, Amber, is also the owner I believe and was lovely. The class was nice and slow, but she gave plenty of options to increase intensity if you wished. Her music selection and good sound system created this mood that I was really in to. Overall, this was one of the best yoga studios I have ever been to in my 10+ years practicing. Congratulations on your biz Moon Yoga, it's the real deal!
