Yesterday I had an appointment with Joe Machens Toyota in Columbia. I went by myself & honestly was worried about going by myself because I didn’t know that much about cars. The second I got outta my car I was greeted by one of the employees who showed me where to go and the car salesman I was meeting that day. Danny was the car salesman I had the opportunity of working with. He was an amazing person to get to meet and work with. Same with their financial person, Julio. Everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was so amazing! They all made me feel important and they were willing to work with me in every aspect to help me get the car of my dreams. The place was incredibly sanitary & had plenty of drinks / snacks to offer. I would 10/10 recommend someone to this place and plan on going to them first if I ever need a different car again.

Dean explained all the features on the Highlander hybrid during our test drive and then answered all my questions about leasing to help me decide which was the best option for me. Then Louie helped me complete my lease while engaging my 3 year old. Every person we encountered was so friendly and helped make it easy to get a great deal and a new car! I absolutely recommend them and will be going to them in the future for another new car. I already liked Toyota vehicles but the staff at Joe Machens just sweetened the deal.

Went in super nervous and met with Stephen. He was super nice and welcoming and always made sure I was comfortable. Never pressured me into anything and made sure everything he offered to me was within my range. Overall was a super easy-going and nice experience. Would definitely recommend Stephen and Joe Machens Toyota dealership! Very happy with my purchase.

Whole experience was great. They went the extra mile to make sure I was getting what I wanted. No hesitation to let me drive a couple of different vehicles. Went by on Friday evening and met Josh. He was very knowledgeable about the different trucks on the lot and didn't mind at all helping us though it was getting close to closing time. I returned on Monday and Josh wasn't in yet, so ended up working the morning with Alex. Both are great guys and worked well together as we progressed through the deal. Got more than I expected on my trade in and they worked to get me a couple extras. If you are looking to buy a new (or used) Toyota definitely put Machen's Toyota on your list!

They did a good job. I would have appreciated a little more heads up on home much extra time the things they recommended adding would take. I expected maybe 2 hours and it was over 3. I have no idea how long anything takes and will make sure to ask for a time estimate next time.
