I live near KC and had been shopping for a car for over a month. Every used car dealership I went to either had an agenda or didn't care about me as a customer, but merely as a number. I saw a car I wanted with a decent price in Columbia - over 100 miles away from me, but after checking out the Quick Shift Auto Facebook page thought that Curtis seemed like a pretty reasonable guy. I contacted him via email then talked over the phone and ended up driving to Columbia to check out the vehicle. Curtis greeted me with a smile, was personable, very up front, and willing to discuss any questions I had. He didn't come off as having an agenda, and treated me like a human being. We were able to agree on a price that benefited us both. He was quick to respond to any questions I had via email/text or phone. Overall, my experience with Quick Shift Auto was excellent. I've had my car for over a month now and it's running great. If you're looking for a vehicle I highly recommend you checking out Quick Shift Auto. You won't be disappointed.
