Wonderful experience! I left feeling supported and guided in the right direction. I love my new car. MIKE was amazing. Sandy encouraged me to see my options. I was so happy. I feel safe in this new vehicle and I was impressed and wowed by the price. I now have new Mazda 3 2020.
Great service. Very friendly and kept me posted on what was going on. Sad that I can't get the part from anyone but Mitsubishi and due to cost for a 24 in. plug cord for rear wheel sensor. Very awesome service though on recalls and keys.
I took my car in to have the dash replaced under warranty since it had become sticky. I also elected to have my spark plugs changed while it was in the shop. It took them over a week to return my vehicle.nI called several times to inquire about the status of my vehicle and was told I would receive a return call. I never received a return phone call or an update on my vehicle.nWhile my vehicle was sitting out, over night, ON THEIR LOT, it was BROKEN INTO and my change was stolen along with other items from my glove box. I brought the break in to the dealers attention and was told there was nothing they could do, and even told me they were aware of other vehicles being broken into on their lot.nThis dealer clearly does not care about their customers or their vehicles. This was an apauling experience and I will never return. If you want your CAR BROKEN INTO while being serviced USE THIS DEALERSHIP!
Ask for JORDAN WOOD! She is amazing, got me a great deal and she was speedy and even offered me chips. Lol no but seriously she isn’t pushy like the other people/places and she’s not rude and hateful she really is awesome! Great place with her there!
I’ve had my previous car serviced at Machens several times in the past and when it was time to finally replace it, I knew I wanted another Mazda. MC and George were great and I was able to do most of the negotiation via text, phone, and email, which was great in these weird times! I would definitely recommend Machens Mazda and I am loving the car!!!
