I had a good experience with purchasing a car from Car-Mart. They helped me find 2 that were what I was looking for and I chose between the 2. The only thing I didn’t like was that they did not have the title yet and I had to wait a few days past when they originally had said it would be ready. Then they had to do a couple of things to the car to make it right for me. I also don’t like that they do give you temporary tags on your car when you buy from them. That was not explained to me. All other car dealerships do. Now I have to make a trip to the dept of motor vehicles and purchase a temporary tag. I think that should be a courtesy for you buying from them.

Thanks to ginger and samara, I got a beautiful chevy Malibu! I fell in love with it! They are so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend car mart. They definitely will have my business from here on out!

I have been with this location for about 2 years. In this last year I have been nothing but harassed by the people in this establishment. They make assumptions about their customers, they never ask you questions just assume. I have been maybe a couple days late on a payment and they show up on my door, constantly after I’ve told them not to. They come to my door and make rude remarks, and when on the phone they make assumptions about my lifestyle. I have never been through anything like this with any other establishment. Very bad customer service, I am absolutely disappointed in the way I have been treated.

My visit to Car-Mart was amazing. Heather and Darren were the best to work with and they got me in a nice up to date vehicle. I'm grateful. Thank you guys!
